During this 20 minute consultation we will assess how CWW4Kids can help you and your child with: 1. Insurance Coverage and how it works 2. Choosing the right Cranial Prosthetic 3. Help with understanding hair-loss & hair thinning in children $75 Fee Will Be Waived If You Book Within' 24 hours of your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
A $50.00 deposit is required to schedule an appointment. The deposit is applied to your service the day of your appointment. If you miss, cancel or reschedule your appointment less than 24hrs of the appointment time, the deposit is forfeited and converts to a cancellation fee.
